Getting There

  • How do I book airport parking?

    Airport parking can be booked online by logging on to https://www.maltairport.com/passenger/getting-here/parking/

  • I am being dropped off/picked up at the airport. Is there a drop off point?

    Drop off and collection is directly outside the terminal.

  • Which terminal will my flight depart from? Which hall do I use to check in?

    All Jet2.com flights back to the UK will depart from the main terminal building on the ground floor.

Check-In

  • What time will the check-in desk open?

    Check in for Jet2.com flights open 2.5 hours before departure.

  • Is there a separate queue for online check-in?

    No, all our desks for Jet2.com are for all our customers.

  • What time will the check-in desk close?

    Check in will strictly close for Jet2.com flights 40 minutes before departure.

Special Assistance

  • Which company will provide me with Special Assistance?

    Malta International Airport will provide assistance if required.

  • Does the airport offer a meet and greet service (is someone able to meet me in the car park with Special Assistance)?

    Yes - if booked in advance, this service is available.

  • Where do I go if I have booked Special Assistance? Where does my Special Assistance begin?

    Customers with pre-booked assistance should proceed directly to the check in where they will be met by a friendly representative.

At The Airport

  • Can I purchase a fast track ticket through security?

    Unfortunately, this is not available to purchase at Malta International Airport.

  • What are the opening times for the Sales desk?

    The Sales desk (managed by our handler – Aviaserve) is open at all times whilst our check in is open.

  • I have lost something in the airport/onboard a Jet2.com aircraft. Which telephone number can I call?

    If you have lost something, please call our Aviaserve lost and found department on +356 2369 6417.

  • Is there an airport lounge available? If so, how do I make a booking?

    The airport lounge is situated at Malta International Airport and reservations or membership can be made online before travel.

  • Travelling with hand baggage only?

    If you are travelling with hand baggage only and are in possession of your return boarding card, please proceed straight to level 1 and pass security control (unless your boarding card says otherwise) – please arrive at least 90 minutes before your flight to allow enough time to reach the boarding gate.
