Getting There

  • How do I book airport parking?

    You can book airport parking in www.aena.es

  • I am being dropped off/picked up at the airport. Is there a drop off point?

    There is an area inside the car park where you can be dropped off/picked up. There is a maximum stay of 15 minutes free of charge.

  • Which terminal will my flight depart from? Which hall do I use to check in?

    All Jet2.com flights depart from the Main Terminal, boarding areas B or C. Jet2.com check- in desks are 385-386.

Check-In

  • What time will the check-in desk open?

    The check-in desk will open 3 hours and 30 minutes before departure.

  • Is there a separate queue for online check-in?

    There is just one queue for all our Jet2.com customers.

  • What time will the check-in desk close?

    The check-in desk will close strictly 40 minutes before departure.

Special Assistance

  • Which company will provide me with Special Assistance?

    Sin Barreras provide Special Assistance at Malaga Airport. For booking assistance please visit www.aena.es

  • Does the airport offer a meet and greet service (is someone able to meet me in the car park with Special Assistance)?

    There are meeting points at the car parks for customers requiring Special Assistance. Customers can use the intercoms at these meeting points to contact Sin Barreras staff.

  • Where do I go if I have booked Special Assistance? Where does my Special Assistance begin?

    Customers requiring Special Assistance can contact Sin Barreras Staff using the intercoms or come to our check-in desks 385-386.

At The Airport

  • Can I purchase a fast track ticket through security?

    Customers can prebook fast track tickets visiting www.aena.es in the VIP Services section
    Fast track tickets need to be purchased in advance.

  • What are the opening times for the Sales desk?

    The Sales desk will open at least 3 hours and 30 minutes before departure time.

  • I have lost something in the airport/onboard a Jet2.com aircraft. Which telephone number can I call?

    For items lost at the airport please call 0034 952 048 837. For items left onboard please call 0034 952 174 731

  • Is there an airport lounge available? If so, how do I make a booking?

    Yes. This can be book visiting www.aena.es in the VIP Services section.

  • Travelling with hand baggage only?

    If travelling with hand baggage only and if you are in possession of your boarding card, you may proceed straight to security (unless your boarding card indicates otherwise). We advise that you arrive at least 90 minutes prior to your flight to allow enough time.
