The best possible myJet2 offers are being continually updated and the offers are sent by email to existing myJet2 customers every two weeks.

If I am not receiving myJet2 emails, what should I do?

How do I update my email address?

You can update the email address in your myJet2 profile by logging in at myJet2 and visiting the 'edit account' page.

What happens if my name changes after I have registered with myJet2?

If you change your name, you can update your myJet2 profile by logging in at myJet2. and visiting the 'edit account' page.

Can I merge separate myJet2 accounts together?

Where more than one myJet2 account has been created for the same person, it is not possible to combine the accounts to create a single account. It is also not possible to combine the accounts of two individual members.

If I am a member can I book a myJet2 offer for someone else?

No, as an exclusive members scheme, myJet2 offers are for members only and you need to be a registered member to be able to take advantage of these offers.
