The Jet2.com cabin crew were joined by a special little helper on a recent flight from Manchester to Budapest. Passenger Sophie Ruth Savage got in touch to thank the crew, in particular senior cabin crew member Heather Neil, for making the flight a memorable one for her young daughter.

The 2-year-old joined the team to help carry out cabin crew duties – doing an excellent job of keeping the flight running smoothly.

“We have flown with Jet2.com on several occasions, but this was by far the best thanks to Heather,” said Sophie.

“Heather went above and beyond our expectations and her job description to make our little girl very happy.”
