Awards, Announcements and Jet2holidays have once again been named Travel Brand of the Year at the Which? Travel Awards, after they were recognised for providing customers with exactly what they want when it comes to their well-deserved holidays.

For the second year running, the leading leisure airline and UK’s largest tour operator received the coveted title for continuing to go from strength-to-strength and giving holidaymakers a great product and service. They also received praise for their customer service, quality, and value for money at a special awards ceremony, which took place at 30 Euston Square in London and was hosted by Which? Chief Executive Anabel Hoult.

As the voice of UK consumers, the annual Which? Awards recognise and celebrate brands who champion consumers by consistently providing the best products and best services, with the judges this year paying particularly close attention to value for money, exemplary products and customer service.

Following a rigorous process which includes research, testing and endorsements (such as Best Buy and Recommended Provider status) by Which? experts, as well feedback from thousands of Which? members and paying customers throughout the year, and Jet2holidays were awarded the accolade.

This means and Jet2holidays have secured the title of Travel Brand of the Year for the third time in six years. Which? also commended Jet2holidays for the way it has grown to become the UK’s largest tour operator while continuing to deliver its famous VIP customer service stating: “it is possible to be successful, without compromising on customer service.”

This latest recognition follows on from, Jet2holidays (Beach and Resort Holiday) and Jet2CityBreaks receiving Which? Recommended Provider status earlier this year.

In February, the consumer champion announced that would continue to be recognised with the Which? Recommended Provider status for Airlines, after the leading leisure airline emerged in top position of its annual survey of short-haul airlines. was the only UK airline to receive the coveted Which? Recommended Provider 2023 badge from Which?.

Jet2holidays (Beach and Resort Holiday) and Jet2CityBreaks also received this prestigious status for the fifth year running, while Jet2CityBreaks was also recognised for the second year running.
