"From a booking perspective, the online system is much easier than a number of competitors. Each part of the process was clear, with great information available on what each part means. The app is a fantastic addition as it made the process even easier including the check -in process. With a user friendly experience this meant that i was able to book, check in and arrive at Manchester without the usual stress and worry that can normally arise. On arrival to the airport the check in was very simple and quick and even though the air[ort security was a bit haphazard this was nothing to do with Jet2. The plane was clean and comfortable and the hosting staff were wonderfully attentive. This allowed us both to relish arriving in Rome as it was my partner's first time and only added to the positive experience of our time in the eternal city. Thank you so much"
