For the second year running, we’ve won Best Airline – UK and Best Low-Cost Airline – Europe at the TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice awards for airlines! On top of that, we had to make more space in the trophy cabinet with the Best Economy Class – Europe award too!

The awards are based on the quantity and quality of millions of reviews and ratings for airlines worldwide over the last 12 months. And we’re over the moon that nearly 90% of our reviews are rated as ‘excellent’ or ‘very good’, placing as us 7th in the Top 10 Airlines in the World. We’re the only airline in Europe in the top 10 - our low fares and friendly service clearly make us unique!

Jet2.com & Jet2holidays are delighted to have been awarded Travel Brand of the Year 2018 at the Which? Awards 2018. We proved top of the travel brands thanks to our high standards of customer service and quality. We were also commended for being the first travel company to drop credit card charges on all bookings for flights and holidays. Since teaming up with Feefo – one of the UK’s biggest review websites – we’ve been awarded its coveted Trusted Service Award for 2018, after our service rating stayed between 4.0 and 4.4. Over two-thirds of our customers have given us a five-star rating!

After people book a flight with Jet2.com or a package holiday with Jet2holidays, they are able to leave a rating out of five on Feefo by following a link we provide on their confirmation email. We’re committed to helping Jet2.com and Jet2holidays improve, but we also want to know what we’re doing well – we love to know what you think!

Leading the way in customer satisfaction, Jet2.com is the only airline to reach the top 50 in the UK Customer Satisfaction Index! We ranked 29th out of 250 UK companies scored, and we’re really proud to be one of just three firms from the transport sector to make this list.

This survey is produced twice a year, and is based on responses from over 10,000 customers – and they’re very happy with us! The results are measured by looking into around 30 factors, including staff and professionalism, quality and efficiency, and attitudes towards trust and reputation. We’re delighted that our friendly service has been so well received!
