TripAdvisor has named us Best Airline – UK at the inaugural Travellers’ Choice awards for airlines!

The awards, covering every major carrier, are based on an algorithm that takes into account the quantity and quality of airline reviews and ratings submitted by travellers over the past 12 months and we came out on top in the UK!

That’s not all – our customers are so happy with our great flight times, friendly service, impressive 22kg baggage allowance and helpful staff that we were also named Best Low-Cost Airline – Europe, too!

Read reviews is the only UK airline to be awarded Which? ‘Recommended Provider’ status, following success in 2016’s Which? Travel Airlines Survey. The survey is based on the thoughts of 7,500 Which? members, and their real-life experiences of factors such as punctuality, boarding, customer service, cabin environment, food and drink, comfort and value for money.

Thanks to our overall customer score in the survey, we beat our main competitors, alongside a number of national carriers to claim 5th spot in the ranking, up from 10th last year.

Since teaming up with Feefo – one of the UK’s biggest review websites – we’ve been awarded its coveted Trusted Service Award for 2018, after our service rating stayed between 4.0 and 4.4. Over two-thirds of our customers have given us a five-star rating!

After people book a flight with or a package holiday with Jet2holidays, they are able to leave a rating out of five on Feefo by following a link we provide on their confirmation email. Leading the way in customer satisfaction, is the only airline to reach the top 50 in the UK Customer Satisfaction Index! We ranked 29th out of 250 UK companies scored, and we’re really proud to be one of just three firms from the transport sector to make this list.

This survey is produced twice a year, and is based on responses from over 10,000 customers – and they’re very happy with us! The results are measured by looking into around 30 factors, including staff and professionalism, quality and efficiency, and attitudes towards trust and reputation. We’re delighted that our friendly service has been so well received!
