Online / Mobile Check-in

You can check in online any time from 28 days up to 5 hours before your departure via the website or mobile app. Please remember to print off your boarding passes or download your mobile boarding passes from the app onto your smartphone.

We are unable to offer online check-in to / from New York, or for flights departing from Turkey. You can still complete the process and receive your pre-allocated seats, but you will need to visit the check-in desks and collect your boarding pass before you go to airport security.

  • Please print your boarding passes or download them to your smartphone.
  • We can’t offer online check-in for New York and flights from Turkey.

Mobile Check-in

The Jet2.com app is available on the App Store or Google Play Store and is compatible with the following devices:

  • iPhone - Apple Wallet (iOS 9+) or Passbook (iOS 6+)
  • Android Phones (Downloads Folder)

You can check in online and download your mobile boarding passes for up to eight people on your device. We do not currently support any smart watches, and boarding passes are not downloadable to these devices.

If you have any issues (for example, your battery becomes low on your device), you can speak to a member of our team at the airport who will be happy to help you by getting a printed boarding card free of charge.

Hold Baggage to Drop?
If you have hold baggage to check in, simply head to the Jet2.com check-in area at the airport. We operate a ‘common check-in’ system, meaning you can check in at any Jet2.com desk, and we do not have a separate ‘bag drop’ area. If you’re travelling with just hand baggage, you can of course head straight to airport security, providing you have your boarding pass.
