This brilliant new service means we can refund your money in just a few hours, rather than days. Plus, you won’t need to wait to speak to our busy Customer Service team.
To deliver faster refunds, we’ve partnered up with HSBC – find out more about how it works below.
How faster refunds work
- Check your emails: We'll email the registered email address on your booking with full instructions on how to complete your refund. Any emails from us will come from customerservice@jet2email.com
- Click on the URL: Click on the email and follow the URL to a portal.
- Log in to the portal: Use your flight booking reference number to log in and it’ll give you all the information you’ll need about the refund amount, as well as the reason your refund failed, if applicable.
Just so you know, we send all our text messages about this service from the number JET2 so keep an eye out for them! And if you do receive one, rest assured it’s a genuine SMS from us.
