Getting There

  • How do I book airport parking?

    Airport parking is booked through the Leeds Bradford Airport website (https://www.leedsbradfordairport.co.uk/airport-parking). There’s a choice of different parking options which are either a short walk from the terminal or there’s a shuttle bus.

  • I am being dropped off/picked up at the airport. Is there a drop off point?

    There is a pick-up and drop-off point area on the terminal front for a small fee. Alternatively, there is a one-hour free car park which is approximately a five-minute walk from the terminal.

  • Which terminal will my flight depart from? Which hall do I use to check in?

    Leeds Bradford airport only has one terminal. Jet2.com are located in hall B which has its own entrance with clear signage. Alternatively if you arrive at the main terminal doors it is a short walk turning right and following the airport inside round to the right. 

Check-In

  • What time will the check-in desk open?

    The check-in desk opens 3 hours before the scheduled departure time.

  • Is there a separate queue for online check-in?

    No. We ask all customers, with luggage to drop off, to join one queue for all destinations. There will be customer helpers located in the check-in hall to help you. Twilight Check-in customers will be directed to a specific desk (S) on arrival. 

  • What time will the check-in desk close?

    The check-in desk will close strictly 40 minutes before departure.

Special Assistance

  • Which company will provide me with Special Assistance?

    The company providing your assistance will be Leeds Bradford Airport.

  • Does the airport offer a meet and greet service (is someone able to meet me in the car park with Special Assistance)?

    The airport does offer a meet and greet service if required.  You must contact special assistance on 0113 3912607 or alternatively 07823534632 at least 30 minutes before your arrival at the airport and use the intercom upon arrival to confirm your location. 

  • Where do I go if I have booked Special Assistance? Where does my Special Assistance begin?

    Any customer with assistance booked should proceed to the Sales desk or check-in desk. The agent will then notify assistance who will come and collect you. Alternatively, Special Assistance is located through the main terminal doors, is visible and well signed.

At The Airport

  • Can I purchase a fast track ticket through security?

    Fast track tickets can be pre-booked on the Leeds Bradford Airport website. Alternatively, you can purchase fast track tickets on the day at any Travelex within the airport terminal. 

  • What are the opening times for the Sales desk?

    06:00-20:00 but times may vary from dependant on the flight schedule. The sales desk will always be open when check-in is open.

  • I have lost something in the airport/onboard a Jet2.com aircraft. Which telephone number can I call?

    If you have lost something in the airport terminal you can contact Leeds Bradford airport lost property on 0113 3913232 or email them on lostproperty@lba.co.uk. If you have left something on board a Jet2.com aircraft please call the sales desk on 0113 2387334.

  • Is there an airport lounge available? If so, how do I make a booking?

    The airport has three lounges to choose from: Yorkshire lounge, White Rose Suite and 1432 Runway Club. These can be booked on the Leeds Bradford Airport website. You can also book on the day directly at the lounge subject to availability. Any other enquiries please contact lounges@lba.co.uk

  • Travelling with hand baggage only?

    If travelling with hand baggage only and if you are in possession of your boarding card, you may proceed straight to security (unless your boarding card indicates otherwise). We advise that you arrive at least 90 minutes prior to your flight to allow enough time.
