Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have waved off their first flight to Santorini from Edinburgh Airport this afternoon (26th May), celebrating the launch of the brand-new route for Summer 22 from the base.
The busy flight marks the start of the leading leisure airline and UK’s leading tour operator to many destinations across the Mediterranean, including Greece, operating weekly Thursday services to the stunning Greek island from Edinburgh Airport this summer from 26th May to 27th October.
In yet more good news, the companies’ inaugural flight to Skiathos from Edinburgh Airport will depart tomorrow (Friday 27th May), followed by their first flights to Izmir on Saturday (28th May) and Preveza on Sunday (29th May).
