Announcements and Jet2holidays have brought forward the start of their Summer 23 season to Bodrum, with flights operating from the beginning of April from Birmingham, Manchester and London Stansted Airports for the first time.

The leading leisure airline and UK’s leading tour operator to Turkey have added more flights and holidays to Bodrum from Birmingham, Manchester and London Stansted Airports, with services now starting from 3rd April onwards. With more customers looking to get away to the Turkish sunshine next year, this announcement gives customers and independent travel agents even more choice and flexibility.

The addition of these new flights, as well as a choice of fantastic hotels that are ready to book from early-April onwards, comes in response to customers looking to grab a slice of early summer sun. Hotels on sale include the 4* family favourite Bodrum Holiday Resort & Spa, the 4* Maxeria Blue Didyma, the 4* Parkim Ayaz as well as the 4* Very Chic, amongst many more.

Today’s announcement comes on the back of and Jet2holidays working alongside the Government, hoteliers and partners in Turkey to bring even more happy holidaymakers to this stunning destination.

Stretching from Turkey's southwest coast into the Aegean Sea, Bodrum sits amongst crumbling ruins, beautiful bays and yacht-filled marinas and provides the perfect blend of age-old tradition and modern attractions. With an exciting street-food scene, bustling bazaars, great-value bars, and a castle dating back to the crusades, Bodrum has a big-city buzz about it. Thrill-seekers should head to Gumbet where a surf-splashed shore awaits, while Bar Street offers a lively night scene. For beach-lovers, there is the all-rounder resort of Altinkum, offering three sensational strips of golden sand and great-value entertainment. A favourite for holidaymakers seeking sunshine, the region has retained its authentic side, with traditional Turkish cuisine and incredible ancient ruins at Bodrum’s heart.

The additional services mean and Jet2holidays are operating up to seven weekly services to Bodrum during April 2023. The April programme is as follows:

  • Introduction of Monday and Friday services from 3rd April 2023, means up to two weekly services available from the base in April.

  • An earlier start to the Summer 23 season, means up to two weekly services (Thursday and Sunday) now available from the base from 6th April. This increases to up to three weekly services (Thursday, Saturday and Sunday) from 15th April onwards.
