Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have announced the launch of a brand-new mobile app, which combines everything you need to search, book and manage ATOL-protected package holidays and award-winning flights in one handy place. 

Available to download from the App Store or on Google Play, the new Jet2 mobile app from the leading leisure airline and UK’s leading tour operator to many leisure destinations across Europe, the Mediterranean and Canary Islands, merges both flights and holidays into one handy, easy to use, single app. Previously, customers had to download two separate apps for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, but this new app means they can access flights and holidays in one app.  

The new app makes it even easier for customers to do the following: 

  • Search, filter and book a wide range of holidays and flights  
  • Save bookings and start the holiday count down 
  • Access relevant booking information through every step of the journey  
  • Manage multiple bookings  
  • Get updates and notifications for your booking and get the best offers  
  • Check-in and fly paper-free with offline boarding passes  
  • Upload any other travel documents to the ‘Useful Documents’ feature 
  • Contact Jet2.com or Jet2holidays via enhanced ‘Get in Touch’ pages 
  • Fill out and complete the Welcome Home survey on their return  

As well as enabling holidaymakers to do all this, the app includes a new offline mode and brand-new post booking functionality for flight-only customers.  

The new offline mode means customers can view their boarding passes, as well as access other important travel documents without the need for an internet connection. Thanks to a new feature on the app for Jet2.com customers, which is already available to package holiday customers, holidaymakers can save their booking and start counting down to their trip without having to log in every time. 

In addition, a new side menu also enables customers to easily find what they are looking for in the app, with content relevant to each state whether pre-departure, 28 days before departure or just before travel.
