Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks have released details of a bigger and more spectacular Christmas Markets programme for Winter 23/24, with customers and independent travel agents now able to book flights and trips to seven winter wonderlands from all ten of their UK bases.  

As demand for European Christmas Markets continues to increase, the leading leisure airline and UK’s leading operator of European city breaks is sprinkling plenty of Christmas cheer into their 2023 programme, by offering their biggest festive assortment – with more flights and trips than ever before on sale from across all ten UK bases for the very first time. 

Giving customers and independent travel agents more choice than ever before, the companies will operate scheduled services and trips for the first time from Bristol and London Stansted Airports. This means Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks’ Christmas Markets programme is on sale for next winter from all ten of their UK bases - Belfast International, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, East Midlands, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, London Stansted, Manchester and Newcastle International Airports.  

The Christmas Market destinations on sale with Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks for Winter 23/24 are Berlin, Budapest, Cologne, Copenhagen, Krakow, Prague and Vienna. This significantly expanded programme represents almost 60,000 seats on sale for Winter 23/24 and an increase of over 75% when compared to Winter 22.  

The biggest ever programme features a mini-series of 21 trips in total, and this includes eight new routes, which are: 

• Birmingham to Cologne 
• Bristol to Prague 
• Bristol to Vienna 
• East Midlands to Krakow 
• Edinburgh to Vienna 
• Leeds Bradford to Copenhagen 
• London Stansted to Prague 
• London Stansted to Vienna 

In addition, Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks will also operate scheduled flights and city breaks to Budapest (from Belfast International, Leeds Bradford and Manchester Airports), Krakow (from Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Manchester and Newcastle International Airports) and Prague (from Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Manchester and Newcastle International Airports) during the winter and in the build up to Christmas.  

With multiple weekly services on sale and friendly flight times to seven popular Christmas market destinations, customers and independent travel agents have complete choice and flexibility when it comes to visiting the most charming Christmas markets in Europe – whether it is for a weekend, a long weekend or longer. 

The full Jet2.com and Jet2CityBreaks Christmas market programme for Winter 23/24 is as follows:  

Belfast International Airport:  

• Mini-series of flights and breaks to Prague operating from 1^st to 18^th December with Monday and Friday services available for Winter 23.  

Birmingham Airport: 

• Mini-series of flights and breaks to BRAND-NEW Cologne with up to three-weekly services operating between 6^th December and 22^nd December. 
• Mini-series of flights and breaks also to Vienna, with weekly Monday and Friday services operating from 24^th November to 2^nd January. 
• Two-weekly services (Monday and Friday) operating during the winter to Budapest and Krakow, on top of four-weekly services (Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday) to Prague.  

Bristol Airport: 

• BRAND-NEW mini-series of flights and breaks to Prague with Thursday and Sunday services available from 30^th November to 17^th December. 
• NEW mini-series of flights and city breaks to Vienna too with Monday and Friday services operating from 24^th November to 18^th December. 

Edinburgh Airport:  

• NEW mini-series of flights and breaks to Vienna with two weekly services (Thursday and Sunday) from 23^rd November to 17^th December. 

East Midlands: 

• BRAND-NEW mini-series of flights and breaks to Krakow with Thursday and Sunday services available from 30^th November to 17^th December. 
• Mini-series of flights and breaks also available to Prague with Monday and Friday services operating from 1^st to 18^th December. 

Glasgow Airport: 

• Two-weekly services (Monday and Friday) to Krakow available from Glasgow Airport during Winter 23.  
• Scheduled services also operating twice weekly (Thursday and Sunday) to Prague. 

Leeds Bradford Airport: 

• NEW mini-series of flights and breaks to Copenhagen with up to twice-weekly services (Thursday and Sunday) from 23^rd November to 10^th December. 
• Mini-series of flights and breaks to Berlin with up to twice-weekly services (Monday and Friday) from 24^th November to 11^th December. 
• Mini-series of flights and breaks to Vienna with up to twice-weekly services (Monday and Friday) from 24^th November to 18^th December. 
• In addition, there are also two-weekly services operating to Budapest, Krakow and Prague for Winter 23.  

London Stansted Airport: 

• BRAND-NEW mini-series of flights and breaks to Prague with up to twice-weekly services (Thursday and Sunday) from 30^th November to 17^th December. 
• Also NEW for Winter 23 is a mini-series of flights and breaks to Vienna with up to twice-weekly services (Thursday and Sunday) from 23^rd November to 17^th December. 

Manchester Airport: 

• Mini-series of flights and breaks to Cologne with up to three-weekly flights from 24^th November to 2^nd January. 
• Mini-series of flights and breaks to Vienna with up to two-weekly flights (Monday and Friday) from 24^th November to 2^nd January. 
• In addition, there are also four weekly services to Budapest, Krakow and Prague next winter, offering plenty of opportunity for customers to experience a Christmas market in one of these destinations. 

Newcastle International Airport: 

• Mini-series of flights and breaks to Berlin with up to twice-weekly services (Thursday and Sunday) from 23^rd November to 10^th December. 
• Also available is a mini-series of flights and breaks to Budapest, thanks to Thursday and Sunday services operating from 23^rd November to 17^th December. 
• Mini-series of flights and breaks to Cologne with up to twice-weekly services (Monday and Friday) from 24^th November to 11^th December. 
• Mini-series of flights and breaks to Copenhagen also available with two-weekly services (Thursday and Sunday) from 23^rd November to 10^th December. 
• A mini-series of flights and breaks to Vienna means up to two-weekly services (Thursday and Sunday) from 23^rd November to 17^th December. 
• More opportunity for customers to visit the Christmas markets in Krakow and Prague with two-weekly services to the European Christmas market destinations for Winter 23.
