Jet2 named UK’s best company for delivering an outstanding customer experience

Jet2 has been named the best company in the UK for providing an outstanding customer experience, in recognition of its commitment to delivering a VIP customer service, as well as award-winning holidays and flights.

The UK’s favourite tour operator and airline scooped the ‘Best Customer Experience’ award at this week’s prestigious UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, hosted by the Institute of Customer Service.

A panel of judges singled out Jet2 for its obsession with customer service and for how it has developed and implemented a dedicated customer experience strategy, which has resulted in company-wide engagement with colleagues as well as industry-leading emotional engagement from customers.

This strategy, which has been developed with Kantar, means Jet2 continues to deliver on its successful growth strategy, by retaining existing customers and winning new customers, whilst receiving industry-leading customer satisfaction scores.

As well as helping to drive growth, such as the launch of flights and holidays from London Gatwick later this month, this strategy has also resulted in the company’s winning multiple accolades, such as best airline and best tour operator according to the Institute of Customer Service’s UK Customer Satisfaction Index, as well as being recognised as a Which? Recommended Provider across eight categories.
