Jet2Villas named Which? Recommended Provider for fourth year in a row

Jet2Villas has once again been recognised as a Which? Recommended Provider, after finishing joint top in Which’s Villas and Holiday Lets Abroad survey for the fourth consecutive year and cementing its consumer champion position.
Jet2Villas, the villa holidays specialist from Jet2holidays, received the joint highest customer score and was named amongst the “Best villa holidays providers”.
To compile the report, Which? asked holidaymakers to rate their villa and self-catering holidays over the last two years against a range of criteria. This included quality of accommodation, communication, booking process, description matching reality, range and cleanliness of properties, customer service and value for money.
Jet2Villas scored highly across all categories and was recognised for its dedication to customer service, quality of accommodation, value for money and clarity when booking. Particular praise was given for Jet2’s extensive choice of accommodation with over 2,800 villas available to choose from, as well as its industry-leading reliability when it comes to flights. This award is the latest in an extensive list of accolades that Jet2 has received for its long track record of delivering award-winning package holidays and being a consumer champion.
